Like most insurance policies, your renters insurance policy will automatically renew until it is cancelled. Not to worry! We have provided instructions below to cancel your policy.
You have two convenient options:
- Call Assurant (our underwriter) directly at 800-432-8612. Have your policy number ready. Select option 7, then 6, when prompted. A representative will assist you with the cancellation process.
- Send an email to [email protected]. Please include your policy number in the email and be sure to specify your requested cancellation date.
Once your cancellation is processed, any refund due will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
