For assistance with updating your policy information, please contact Assurant at 1-800-432-8612.

AmTrust Renters:

For customers with an AmTrust renters policy, please click here to manage your policy online: https://www.sureplatform.com/legacy/login/. 

If you do not receive a secure login link, please verify the email address entered matches the email associated with your policy.

Rental Car:

Renters insurance policies are sent via email immediately after purchase. The secure link to your policy is valid for up to 1 hour after purchase and can only be utilized once. If your link has expired, please contact our support team by creating a support ticket or calling us at 844-335-5441 for assistance.
